Today is the day!!! ⏰ @Tanaka Katsu Sando is having their grand opening for their second location at Bridgeport Village! They are serving all the familiar Japanese comfort foods you can find at their original location in downtown Portland. Thank you to TANAKA for inviting me and gifting us some food and drinks! ❤️ TANAKA is well-known for its fluffy milk bread or shokupan that is made in-house at each location. You can smell it the second you walk into the doors. They use this bread to make amazing katsu sandos. You have a choice between pork, chicken, fish, and tofu. Each sando we had was delicious in its own right, but my favorite was probably the chicken with the egg salad. Don’t forget about the treats either! We got to sample some of them, and I’m still thinking about the yuzu doughnut.
